Variety Care Hires Behavioral Health Provider
(August 20, 2020 – Oklahoma City, OK) – Variety Care recently hired behavioral health provider Rita Rose, PA-C. Rose joins an established and innovative team of specialists dedicated to improving health outcomes for children and adults through advancements in behavioral health.
Rose received her bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Texas Tech University in 2005. She received her master’s in physician assistant studies from the Marietta College Physician Assistant Program in Marietta, Ohio. Rose has practiced for 10 years, beginning her career as a physician’s assistant at Seawind Medical Clinic in Panama City, Florida.
“I enjoy making a difference in my patients’ lives by providing access to quality mental health care,” Rose said. “I look forward to continuing my passion at Variety Care and working alongside leaders in Oklahoma’s health care system.”
Variety Care’s behavioral health team provides services to children and adults. Integrating behavioral health services into the primary care setting has an assortment of positive benefits for patients including improved health outcomes and reduced costs. In person and online behavioral health appointments are available across multiple Variety Care locations.
