Online Payment

Online payments have been made easier. Log in to your MyChart account to review your visit, go paperless and make payments, all on one platform.

Pay as a Guest

It is recommended to pay through the MyChart portal. To do this, you may log in to your MyChart account and access additional features, including:

  • Pay your co-pay
  • View lab results online
  • Send and receive secure messages from your provider

Things You Need for Guest Online Payments

If you are paying as a guest,  you will need two important items.

#1: Account Number

The account number can be found at the upper right hand corner of your invoice. You should receive an invoice in the mail from Variety Care. If you lost your physical invoice, you can still access online payments by logging into your MyChart account

#2: Guarantor's Last Name

The guarantor is the person responsible for the bill. The guarantor is almost always the patient unless the the patient is one of the following:

  • A minor (younger than 18): The parent or guardian would be the guarantor
  • Incapacitated adult: The caretaker would most likely be the guarantor

 

 

Go Paperless!

Never miss a statement again. Opt into the Paperless option and receive your e-statement as soon as it's available. Follow the steps below to go paperless.

  • Sign into your MyChart account.
  • Select the "Menu" icon.
  • Scroll down and select the"Billing Summary" page under the "Billing" section.

  • On the "Billing Summary" page, select the banner at the top that says "Save time while you save paper! Sign up for paperless billing."

  • Confirm your email address
  • Select "I understand and I will no longer receive statements in the mail"
  • Select "Sign Me Up" to save your changes and complete the process.
