 Rachael Harmon, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who began her nursing career in February 2015 and completed her advanced practice training in May 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University. Rachael was drawn to Variety Care for its commitment to providing high-quality care and its supportive team environment. She enjoys working with patients to develop individualized care plans and values trust, communication and active listening in the provider-patient relationship. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
