Dr. Toney Welborn is a board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for improving health outcomes by addressing the full spectrum of a patient’s well-being, including the social determinants of health. With over 20 years of experience, she returns to clinical practice with a deep commitment to serving underserved populations. Dr. Welborn chose a career in healthcare to serve others and believes that nonjudgmental, open communication is the foundation of effective care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering great food, and reading.
